Max loves his robe

Max: the minute you get out of the bath, you demand your robe. And not just any robe (you have two) – this one. We don’t know how or why.

Maxi: It was so fun being with you; and I’m happy to see you still fooling around with the big Mack truck.
You will surely be a fireman or truck driver, saving dad and mom lots of dough for college. Love you all.

MAX – Cozy robe and great photo of you and your Mommy! Toy trucks are great fun –
can’t wait to see you – Please bring that robe to KC!

Fun at the pool and beach

It looks like you guys are having so much fun! I am a little jealous of the sun and sand, and of course of spunky little Max who looks like the absolute best kind of vacation buddy!

PapaApril 6, 2011 - 8:29 am

MAX – FINALLY ! A great photo of you and your pretty Mommy. Club Med looks fabulous and the photos are really beautiful. Max, you are turning into a fish loving the water, sun and sand. You and your Daddy are having such fun playing in the water and on the beach. I love you!

Max, Look where your very first passport got you! I hope that you learn to say “where’s my passport” very soon, and that you live a life that keeps the beauty of the sea close by because it gives you so much joy! love, auntie

Yeah mummy! You look great! Eternally classic pictures – a kid at the beach. Looks idyllic for children. I think sunglasses come next.

That endless bucket, filled then emptied; go Max. You can probably dig a tunnel to New Jersey.
Classic photos of a child at the beach.
Mummy looks beautiful. Lots of fun.

Morning

Oh, Max! Mommy’s just a little control freak, blogging from far away places. And now you can go barefoot outdoors; what a pleasure! I want to know if you’re a wave rider yet.

Max — you travelling guy! Now you even have your own passport. You’re such a water baby that I can hear your glee all the way up here while you’re splashing around in the photos down there. Have a delicious get away all three of you. Love, auntie

PapaApril 5, 2011 - 7:05 am

MAX – I always knew you were a morning person like your Daddy – a great way to start the day in your fancy p j’s with lots of sun & water. Ask your Mommy to get in front of the camera for a photo of all 3 of you! Love, Papa

Max goes to the Dominican Republic

We are having a great time. Max: your new thing is that whenever you want to see something or go somewhere you point and say “O show me” … This morning, after waking up at 5 something, you had your milk and then pointed outside and said “Side! O show me!”  The first time you saw the pathways of large stones you said “POOP!” – you urban boy!  You are having a great vacation.

MAX – You are definitely the traveling little man – I love your hat, swim trunks & sandals – it looks like you are having a great time swimming & playing in the sand – fun in the sun – what a beautiful place – how about a photo of your Mommy? Fabulous post! Love, Papa

PapaApril 4, 2011 - 4:14 pm

I forgot to tell you I think your vocabulary is astounding for a man your age & can’t wait to hear you in person. Your Papa had a really good laugh from your Mommy’s word description!

LolaApril 4, 2011 - 7:50 pm

That hat is not big enough! Let in at least one ray of sunshine for a snazzy tan. I see Max, I see Daddy; but where’s mummy?!?
